An order confirmation email is sent after you place your order. In most cases you will also receive an email with the tracking or delivery confimation number when your order is shipped.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card charges are pre-authorized during checkout. We only finalize the charge to your card once your order has been shipped.
PayPal Account Funds
You can make payment directly from your PayPal account or with a PayPal Electronic Check by selecting PayPal as your payment method during checkout. We are verified by PayPal.
Check or Money Order
You may pre-pay by Check or Money order for online orders. Simply select your preference during checkout and your order will be processed online and held until your check
arrives. Make payment of your order total, and please include your order number on the check.

| Engine Manuals and Books -- U.S. and International Delivery |
Most manuals are shipped within 48 hours, but some original factory manuals may take up to 10 days before they are shipped. Manuals and books are usually shipped by US Priority Mail.
U.S. Priority Mail delivery transit time is 2 to 3 days to most areas of the U.S.
International delivery times vary by country.
If you're in a rush for a manual please contact us about the specific manual you need
and we can give you a delivery estimate.

Standard shipment is by UPS Ground service. Transit time is 3 to 7 days depending on your location. Please call for expedited delivery options.
Parts orders will be shipped within 24 hours if all items are in stock. We will send your UPS tracking number by email.
If any item is not in stock we will hold the entire order to ship complete when the part comes back into stock. Stock levels are displayed below the Add to Cart button for each item.
If a part shows "ships in 5 - 7 days" it means it will ship from our warehouse to you in apporixately 5 - 7 business days.
*Note for Canadian Parts Shipments by UPS:
Rates do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the importer.

Domestic (US) and International shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart based on the quantity of items ordered and the weight of those items. If you would like a shipping total prior to placing an order simply add items to the shopping cart, select your location and click the Add Shipping button.

| Returns -- within 30 Days (Special Order Items Excluded) |
Please contact MarineEngine.com prior to any return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide return shipping instructions by email when possible, or by phone. Returns must be made, with shipping prepaid, within 30 days of the original shipment date. Depending on your needs we will arrange for replacement or refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where a return is necessary due to error on our part.
Parts must be returned unopened in the original packaging, suitable for restocking.
We cannot accept returns for parts...
- if the product
is open or the original packaging is damaged or incomplete.
- if the product has been used, installed or altered in any way.
- if the product is a special order item that we do not normally stock in our warehouse.
Defective Merchandise and Warranty Claims
Prior to installation: If you believe a part is defective please contact us for return authorization. After Installation: If a part fails during the manufacturer's warranty period please consult your manufacturer's warranty information for the proper claim procedure. We may be able to offer assistance if you no longer have your warranty information. |
